We accept requests via Phone, LINE, or Email (via our request form). Once your application is received, we will ship out a dedicated mail-in kit from our shop.
Once your mail-in kit arrives, please fill out the required documents and pack your item along with a copy of your ID (such as a driver's license). For shipping back to our shop, a pre-addressed shipping label is included in the kit, so you only need to fill in your name and address.
Once your item arrives at our shop, we will send you an arrival confirmation notice and begin the appraisal. We will contact you with the appraisal results within 1 to 3 days.
If you agree to the buyback amount:
We will transfer the funds to your designated account on the same day or the following business day.
In case of cancellation
We will return your item to you by mail. Please rest assured that our shop will cover the return shipping costs.
Once you are satisfied with the appraised value, we will transfer the funds directly to your designated bank account.
